Payments for customers with mailing addresses in India will be charged in Indian Rupees, while payments for customers with mailing addresses outside India will be charged in their local currency. • You will not submit any Registered User Content to the Website that violates our Community Guidelines or any other terms of this Agreement.

(b) You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns harmless from and against any damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, claims, actions, and/or demands, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from: (i) your breach of this Agreement; (ii) your misuse of the Content or the Website; and/or (iii) your violation of any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, property, publicity, or privacy rights. We will provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit, or proceeding. These terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, the content, or the Websites will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the content, or the Websites ("Dispute"), the parties agree to attempt to resolve the Dispute amicably through negotiation. If the Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may initiate mediation in accordance with the rules of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jamshedpur, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be Hindi. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis. The parties expressly waive any right to participate in a class action or seek relief on behalf of a class of individuals in any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the content, or the Websites.

Equitable Relief Both parties acknowledge that a breach or threatened violation of intellectual property rights and confidential information may cause irreparable harm. In such cases, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the continuation of such harm, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable laws.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Neha Serene International regarding the subject matter and supersede any previous agreements, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. These terms shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
